WHY LINCOLN COUNTY DSS KIDNAPPED RYAN AND FAITH:

“Power tends to corrupt. Absolute Power corrupts absolutely.”

When something doesn’t make sense: like the LCDSS having closed a bogus investigation of the children in North Carolina, after determining “no need for services,” and then sending social workers to California, where the children were living, and kidnapping the children, the rule is: follow the money.

There is an adoption crisis in the U.S., with 336 parents wanting to adopt for every 1 child available. Foster parents have priority to adopt children in their care in North Carolina.

The LCDSS controls which children get removed from their families and put into foster care. The LCDSS also decides who gets to be their foster parents, with priority to adopt them.

LCDSS social workers have a wonderful opportunity to profit from selling children to foster parents. The kickbacks can be $100,000.

If CPS social workers decide to steal children, who is going to stop them? They have virtually unlimited power. Arrogance and greed and unbridled power are a deadly combination.

I will be asking the Federal District Court to permit expedited discovery, which will permit me to take depositions under penalty of perjury from the defendants. I will be taking depositions from as many as 22 defendants, a daunting and expensive process, but one that is absolutely necessary to expose their criminal behavior.

They are still not allowing Ryan to return to California. They are still holding Faith in foster care and they have barred Plaintiff from any contact with her. They know I am after them, and they are making it as difficult as they can.
